Vagabond…
vag·a·bond [vag-uh-bond] –adjective
1. Wandering from place to place without any settled home; nomadic: a vagabond tribe
2. having an uncertain or irregular course or direction
3. a person, usually without a permanent home, who wanders from place to place; nomad
4. an idle wanderer without a permanent home or visible means of support
So I figured, seeing how there are so many meanings for this word, I would explain what I mean by calling myself a vagabond. I don’t have a permanent place, a permanent holding that I call my own. I have a house, but it’s not really mine and the location of my inhabitance could change at any time. I am wandering around, not aimlessly because I have a guide… the Holy Spirit.
I refuse to become stagnant and plagued with apathy… I am a vagabond. Searching for what God has for me. I am flexible and sensitive to God’s spirit, and though I am not an expert at being led, or even very good at it … I am a work that is being carried on to completion. When Christ returns this work will be completed, until then it’s a process.
I’m just living and going and moving when led. I don’t want to settle for less (though I do sometimes…)

Although saying “vagabond” sounds kind of artistic and cool . . . I’m not sure I agree….
I don’t think you’re aimless, which is what I think of when I hear “vagabond”. You say that you ARE being led. So, you could call it “Spirit-follower” or something….
anyhow, I’m not being critical. i think you’re GREAT!!
you’re the “Awesomest youth ministry intern” ever!
